State Troopers investigate string of vehicle larcenies

MARSHALL COUNTY, Mich. – Michigan State Police Marshall Post Troopers and Deputies from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a string of vehicle break-ins that took place between Thursday December 3 and Saturday December 5.

The break-ins occurred in the Leroy Township area of Calhoun County.

According to police, it appears the suspects enter unlocked vehicles and remove items of value.

State Police Troopers want to remind everyone that the simple act of removing valuable items from your car and locking it when not in use, drastically reduces the possibility of your items or vehicle being stolen.
