ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department announced their Sex Offender Registry Unit is actively searching 72-year-old Warren Sweezey, who has failed to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Police say every year, sex offenders in the county are required to report to the jail to update their information, including addresses and phone numbers.

Sweezey is six feet tall.

Authorities say his last known address is 1044 Lincolnway West in South Bend, but he may be homeless now.
