SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Saint Joesph County Council voted 5-4 at Tues. evening’s regular meeting, passing a resolution to amend the rules and regulations of the council.
During public comment, three residents spoke in support of the rule changes, while nine spoke against it.
The resolution will now be discussed at the Saint Joesph County Commissioners meeting on Tues. March 18 at 11 a.m.
By state law, the commissioners have 10 days to act on the resolution, and that meeting will be open to the public.
