Elkhart County unites to fight hunger with new collaborative
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. –– Athletes and coaches have been the main topic of discussion with the sports world having gone silent. However, sports broadcasters and sports journalists are suffering as well.
Brady Klain, a recent Arizona State graduate, has applied to over 40 jobs with little to no response. At 22, Klain has photographed countless major sporting events, but the pandemic is simply putting a hold on the job market.
Darin Pritchett, a local sports broadcaster, is also having to adapt to the pandemic. Pritchett is forced to discuss hypotheticals throughout his sports radio show, due to the lack of games.
