Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra to present free pop-up concert series

SAINT JOSEPH, Mich. -- Members of the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra will be presenting a free summer Pop Up! Concert on Thursday.

The duo of Brandon LePage, flute, and Rachel Miller, harp, will perform a variety of different tunes, including several Japanese melodies transcribed by Yashiro/Rampal.

The pop-up show will be at 5:30 p.m. on the Oval Lawn of the Krasl Art Center, which is located at 707 Lake Boulevard.

Attendees are invited to bring a chair or blanket to sit on.

Brian the Munchie Man and the Ice House Shaved Ice food trucks will both be available, although people are invited to bring their own food and beverage as well.
