Southbound lane of Portage Ave. closed August 30

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The southbound lane of Portage Ave. from California Ave. to Rex St. will be closed to repair a water service line.
The closure will take place, approximately, from Wednesday, August 30 to Friday, September 1.
Southbound traffic on Portage Ave. will be rerouted--west on Elwood Ave., south on Wilber St., east on Lincolnway West and then north on Marion St. to rejoin Portage.
