South Bend woman arrested after shooting on S. 36th Street

St. Joseph County Jail SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend woman is in custody after a late-night shooting.
This happened Wednesday, April 15, around 10:30 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of S. 36th Street. There, they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound. His injuries were non-life-threatening. After investigating the scene, 44-year-old Diana Bright was arrested.
She is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail pending a formal charging decision.
