South Bend Police searching for missing 28-year-old

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 28-year-old Stefan Thurmand, who was last seen on September 22 near Sample Street and Lafayette Boulevard.
Thurmand was recently reported missing to police.
He is described as 6'0", 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Thurmand also has a tattoo on his upper arm of the sun, clouds, and mountains. He also has a cross tattooed on his chest.
