South Bend officials say missing teenager has been found

Photo via South Bend Police Department SOUTH BEND, Ind. – South Bend Police said 16-year-old Kaitlyn Tosh has been located.
Police asked for the public's help in locating Tosh on Wednesday. She hadn't been seen since July 15.
Police said she has been located and is safe as of Thursday afternoon.
