South Bend Fire Department to host blood drive

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The South Bend Fire Department is planning to host a blood drive on October 23.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 23, community members can donate blood at the Central Fire Station at 1222 S. Michigan Street.

The COVID-19 antibody test will be available and included for those who donate, according to the fire department.

Twenty-five spots are available for the blood drive and the fire department is asking that potential donors sign up at this link.
