Thursday was not only supposed to be a coronation of the 2019 Midwest League Championship, but the 2020 home opener for the South Bend Cubs.
The coronavirus pandemic altered those plans.
Instead, the team will be hosting a virtual opening day at noon on their Facebook page HERE.
