Friday, November 29, 2024

Slippery and snow-covered roads are expected this morning near and north of the state line, which will impact shopping today. Lake effect snow slowly ends later today, just after sunset as the winds pivot more westerly to WSW. More than three inches is possible in Cass and St. Joe, MI counties. A general 1-3" is expected today north of the state line, and up to an inch is possible near the state line in Indiana. This weekend looks cold but should be dry on Saturday with possible sunshine at times, but only in the 20s. A clipper system drops in on Wednesday which will bring mostly snow but rain could mix in too. Colder air moves in later next week with a little more lake effect snow possible. The first half of December looks colder than normal!
