Silver Alert issued for Elkhart 3-year-old cancelled

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A silver alert for Avelina Seleni Juaz Duran has been cancelled.
A Silver Alert was issued Monday afternoon for Avelina, who had not been seen since July 12 at 5 p.m.
Police did not provide additional details, only that the Silver Alert was cancelled.
