Silver Alert declared for South Bend woman with dementia; believed to be in extreme danger

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a South Bend woman.
74-year-old Carmen Granado was last seen September 17 in the area of Miami and Bowman Streets, just south of Bowman Cemetery.
She's described as 5'3" and 110. She was last seen wearing a floral print shirt, a red skirt, and black leggings. She's said o use a floral print cane.
Officials say she has dementia and other health issues.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
