Silver alert declared for missing teenager from Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – A Silver Alert has been issued for 17-year-old Vivian Alexis Ziko from Fort Wayne. She was last seen around 12 p.m. on Saturday.
She is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, 102 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and the last time she was seen she was wearing a yellow and grey striped shirt and dark blue jeans.
Officials with the Indiana State Police believe that she is in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
