A few more showers and thunderstorms are possible this evening across Michiana. Some may experience heavy rain at times, along with thunder and lightning. Once again, severe weather is not anticipated. Showers will wrap up early in the morning on Thursday, but clouds will hang around throughout the day. Temperatures will struggle to reach 70 degrees tomorrow. The sun will start to reemerge later on Friday, with highs in the lower 70s. Much warmer weather with lots of sunshine arrives for the weekend and for the majority of next week. The start of October does not look much like fall, with highs staying near 80 for an extended period of time.
