Second man sentenced in BMV fraud

BERRIEN SPRINGS, Mich.-- A second man had been sentenced for helping illegal residents get proper documents.
Roman Garcia, of Berrien Springs, worked for Paulino Asension-Apilino.
The men had a business which helped illegals obtain car registrations and license plates in Michiana.
They were both charged with mail fraud and harboring illegals.
Garcia received 27 months in prison while Asension-Apilino received 33 months.
