ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County Parks invites the public to search for the North American Beaver lodge at Ox Bow Park on Thursday at 5 p.m.

Officials say North America's largest rodent has been busy felling trees at the park and officials will discuss the beaver by using a taxidermy mount along with other paraphernalia.

Attendees will meet at the Ox Bow Haus shelter.

The program is expected to last about an hour and half, and attendees should come prepared to hike.

There is a $3 entrance fee for the park.

Ox Bow County Park is located at 23033 C.R.45 in Dunlap.
