Scattered thunderstorms are still somewhat iffy Monday evening. Clouds were late to break and the area to watch is around Madison Wisconsin for storm development. This could fizzle out, as predicted in recent model trends.
This week will feature beautiful July weather, sunshine, low humidity and highs near 80. Temperatures rising again into the weekend. There’s a storm chance Sunday before 90s return next week. Hot and dry weather looks likely next week, drought conditions likely worsen again.
