UPDATE: The Indiana State Police report westbound traffic is slowly moving in the left lane near mile-marker 76 after a crash blocked several lanes.

Authorities say the crash involved two semi-trucks, a van, and a passenger car.

One driver reported minor injuries.

ISP stated lake effect snow, blowing wind, and extremely cold temps are making roads slick and hazardous to drive on, which will persist through the weekend.

ORIGINAL STORY: SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Indiana State Police report all westbound lanes of the Indiana Toll Road are blocked at mile-marker 76 due to a multi-vehicle crash.

Police say efforts are being made to open the left passing lane.
