Rain, snow, and wind are on their way later tonight
ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Sunday, November 3, 2024
After a very dry fall so far, we finally have a couple days of wet weather. Much needed rain is expected to fall with amounts getting close to an inch by Wednesday morning. A warm front moves through overnight, so temperatures will actually rise tonight with rain showers on and off, most likely after 3a. Heavier and more widespread rain is expected Monday morning, and the winds will pick up with gusts near 40 mph possible. Highs on Monday will warm well into the 60s. Rain continues Monday night in an on and off fashion before more rain arrives on Election Day. The middle of the day Tuesday could be mostly dry and warm in the low 70s, but very windy with gusts near 50 mph possibly. Rain showers look to move in later in the afternoon and evening as polls close. Rain ends Tuesday night as a cold front arrives, which cools us down to near 60 by Wednesday and the rest of the week. Mostly sunny skies return by Thursday, but more rain is possible this weekend.
Tonight: Rain showers. Low 59.
Monday: Rain and breezy. High 68.
Tuesday: Rain showers and windy. High 72.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy. High 59.
