Slightly cool out the door
A wet start to the weekend in store for Michiana with a rain/snow mix possible through most of the day. We will be seeing mostly rain, with a couple flakes here and there; gusty conditions as well, gusts up to or exceeding 30 mph. Rain switches over to snow into the overnight hours with some scattered showers expected. Lake effect snow starts through the overnight, continuing through Sunday morning with breezy conditions. Snow chances drop off in the afternoon hours, with accumulations totals between 1-3 inches expected for most of northern Michiana. Clouds clear into Monday, with temperatures returning to the mid 40s by Tuesday. More rain chances turning to snow chances in the middle of the week, general cooling into next weekend.

Tonight: Some snow showers, still breezy. Low 24.
Sunday: Morning lake effect snow, afternoon clouds. High 32.
