KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- The property that once operated as Isaiah 11 Ministry, a faith-based animal rescue and counseling center, will be sold.

Owner Linda Ozier announced the decision in a Facebook post Sunday, though no physical "For Sale" sign has been placed on the grounds.

Her post read:

“Dear Isaiah 11 friends and family,

After much prayer and thoughtful consideration we have decided to sell the Isaiah 11 property.

We will still offer counseling and tutoring by appointment. The location for those will vary with each individual.

We would like to continue Barn Group and Woman's Bible Study but have not yet decided on a location for those. We will be talking to participants over the next several weeks.”

The Isaiah 11 sign that stood is now gone, and while animals no longer remain on the property, Ozier has continued holding Bible studies and group counseling sessions there.

Animal advocates are still demanding accountability after dozens of animals were removed from the site in April 2024. Officials seized three dogs, about two dozen cats, four pigs, three chickens, a rooster, a turkey, and a duck following concerns about the animals' living conditions.

In March, a representative from PETA confirmed that evidence they gathered had been turned over to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and was then sent to the prosecutor. When ABC57 reached out for comment, the prosecutor’s office said the case is ongoing, and they could not comment further at this time.

ABC57 also contacted the Indiana Board of Animal Health, which confirmed that it has not received any new complaints regarding the location.

The owner, Linda Ozier, did not respond to a request for comment.
