Communicating storm damage at risk in Fulton County
ELKHART, Ind. – Police are investigating rumors of a potential threat at North Side Middle School, the Elkhart Police Department reported.
At 3:15 p.m. on Monday, an unknown student left a note on the counter in the school office.
The note reported rumors of a potential threat of violence at school the next day.
School administrators and the Director of Safety for Elkhart Schools were notified of the potential threat.
This incident remains under investigation.
There is an increased presence at the school as a precaution.
