Police seeking help identifying suspects who beat, robbed man in wheelchair

Elkhart Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man and a woman who were recorded striking and robbing a man in a wheelchair.
The incident happened on June 30 around 11:15 p.m. at 418 W. Franklin - a local church.
Police are asking for help identifying the man and the woman in the video.
