Police seek public's help in finding missing 86-year-old woman

Elizabeth Roessner SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department is asking the public's help in finding 86-year-old Elizabeth Roessner, a missing person who's believed to have dementia.
Roessner was reported missing on Monday in the 700 block of Cushing Street in South Bend.
She'd described as 5'7". 140 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes.
