Police arrest suspect in murder of Arsenio Jordan

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Police have arrested a man who was wanted on open murder charges in connection with the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Arsenio Jordan on July 31, according to the Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety.

Detectives obtained information that led them to locate 21-year-old Eric Holbrook at the River Terrace apartment complex.

Holbrook surrendered without incident after officers from the Department of Public Safety, Michigan State Police and Berrien County Sheriff's department established a perimeter.

A 43-year-old woman was also taken into custody but her information and charges are being withheld pending arraignment.

Suspect Dennis Holbrook, 24, was arrested after being treated at Spectrum Health Lakeland for his alleged involvement in the shooting.

The brothers, Eric and Dennis, are scheduled to be arraigned next week.

Michigan State Police also located Dondrell Blackamore Jr. on Friday. He was arrested and lodged in a Berrien County Jail for a warrant not related to the murder of Jordan.
