More information of yesterday's storm is being provided from the National Weather Service Storm Survey. The tornado that impacted Union City (Branch County) is confirmed to be an EF-3, with at least 150 mph winds estimated. There were 3 confirmed fatalities and 12 injuries. While we are awaiting more information about the tornadoes in Edwardsburg and Three Rivers, 1 fatality has been confirmed in Three Rivers (Cass County).

The rest of the of the weekend will be free of active weather. Tonight, temperatures will cool to the 30s with breezy westerly winds. Breezy conditions remain through Monday. Sunday is fair with highs in the 60s and mostly sunny skies. Monday will be lovely with highs reaching the 70s and plenty of sunshine. Pleasant weather will be short-lived, so enjoy Sunday and Monday. The threat for storms returns once again on Tuesday afternoon through late Tuesday night. There is a potential for heavy rain and strong storms, but confidence is low this far out. Rain showers continue through Wednesday and temperatures will cool. So much so, there is a potential for snow showers WED night.
