PHM School Board of Trustees swears in new and returning members

The Penn-Harris-Madison School Board of Trustees welcomes some fresh, and familiar, faces during its first meeting of the year.

Newly appointed members Dana Sullivan and Matt Chaffee swore in Monday night, along with incumbents Chris Riley and Larry Beehler, officially kicking off their four-year terms.

The three others on the board, who are not up for re-election until 2024, include Jim Garrett, Ryan McCullough, and Clare Roach.

Members voted 5-1 for Riley to remain in his role as board president, with McCullough appointed vice president. McCullough replaces Beehler as VP, who's served on the PHM board since 1986.
