Patriotic rocks left outside of Warsaw Police Department

WARSAW, Ind. – Members of the Warsaw Police Department were in for a surprise when they found painted rocks outside displaying words of encouragement and patriotism.

Although it is not known who left the rocks outside, the Department says that they are grateful for the support they have received from the community.
