Over 10,000 power outages in Michiana

According to the Indiana Michigan Power Outage Map, there are 14,712 total customer outages in the Michiana area as of 9 p.m. on Sunday.

Some areas of Michiana are experiencing more power outages than others as a result of these storms.

One report on the company’s website shows communities in St. Joseph County, near the South Bend First Church of the Nazarene, have accumulated 1,711 customer outages as of 6:54 p.m. Sunday.

The company currently does not have an estimated time of restoration for these outages.

Another report from the company’s site shows communities in Osceola, surrounding the Voice Ministries location, have accumulated 1,326 customer outages as of 7:03 p.m. Sunday.

The company also does not currently have an estimated time of restoration for these outages.

A third report shows communities in Berrien County, near the Warren Dunes State Park Campground, have accumulated 1,635 customer outages as of 7:33 p.m.

This power outage report also does not have an estimated time of restoration.

Other power outages due to severe weather in Michiana are not as dense as these two reports.
