SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Starting Wednesday, outside lanes at the Cleveland Road and Portage Avenue intersection will be temporarily closed for signal improvement work, city officials announced Tuesday.
"While traffic will be able to flow through the intersection, drivers should expect some delays during work hours," a city spokesperson said.
"Restrictions will be in place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday, June 13, weather permitting."
