Obama introduces new plan to lower student debt

UNITED STATES.--If you're one of the millions buried in student loan debt, help may be on the way.
President Obama visited the University of Colorado today and presented his new plan to lower student loan debt and help get graduating students get out on their own.
The president's plan would speed up a new law to reduce the maximum payment on student loans from 15 percent of a graduate's discretionary income to 10 percent.
