NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Notre Dame football completed its seventh practice in its pre-season fall camp on Friday.
The Irish defense will likely be tested by the Buckeyes' top ranked offense.
After practice Friday, new Defensive Line Coach Al Washington discussed his mission and why paying attention to little details can make all the difference.
"It's really all about execution, and controlling that fire -- and not letting it control you," Washington said. "The difference is not between the elite programs and the good programs is not during the details. It's not the huge things, but the little things."
Notre Dame takes on Ohio State in their season opener on September 3. It airs on ABC57.
