UPDATE: The severe threat never materialized, a minor flood that lasts through 8:00 PM until the heavy rain clear.
Threat Tracker is now dropping to a 2/5 for half the area. After starting the day at a 4/5 Dangerous Weather Day. Storms are still possible but severity less likely. There's a window for storms after 4:00 PM. There's an increasing threat for flooding; we'll keep you updated. Also, non-storm wind gusts may pick-up after the rain.
