Local Black Leaders recognized Thursday
NILES, Mich. -- The Niles Township ordinance addressing marijuana establishments is now on hold, local leaders officially deciding to table that conversation during their meeting today.
The now tabled ordinance, initially declared an emergency, follows the voter-initiated ballot measure that requires marijuana establishments obtain authorization.
Board members tell ABC57 they will circle back and continue the conversation but have yet to set a date.
