CASS COUNTY, Ind. -- The Cass County Sheriff's Office has a man behind bars after an investigation yielded enough evidence for charges of Accosting Children for Immoral Purposes, Using a Computer to Commit a Crime, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The CCSO says 38-year-old Stephen Frank Gill, of Niles, Mich., was arrested on March 9 after a search warrant was served on an address on Lake St. in Cass County's Howard Township around 5:45 p.m. that night.

Gill was arraigned on March 11 and his bond was set at $50,000.
