The New Yorker's magazine cover is celebrating the supreme court's landmark ruling and overturning of Prop 8.
The cover for next week's issue features a cozy Bert and Ernie of Sesame Street watching the ruling on television.
Despite long-running rumors about their relationship, Sesame Street insists the lifelong roommates are simply best friends.
