New MeTV Toons channel to launch June 25

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- If you love the classic animation you've seen on MeTV, then hold on to your carrots and Acme-brand dynamite! MeTV Toons, a brand-new TV network destination dedicated exclusively to the very best of classic animation, from Hollywood-era shorts to made-for-television favorites, bounces onto TV screens starting Tuesday, June 25.

You can expect the familiar faces you've come to love on MeTV, including The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Bugs Bunny, Woody Woodpecker, Tom and Jerry, and more. But that's not all, folks! You'll also see classic favorites like Rocky and Bullwinkle, Scooby-Doo and the rest of the gang, Casper, Top Cat, Speed Racer- and that's only the beginning! MeTV Toons will feature over 60 different classic animated series each week!

Michiana viewers can 'toon' into channel 25.3 for all the classic animated series', but you will need to rescan for channels on your television to pick up the new station.
