New Jersey Mike's Subs to open in Benton Harbor Wednesday

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A new Jersey Mike's Subs is set to open on M-139 in Benton Harbor on Wednesday, Sept. 25. 

Franchise owners Naseem Shayota and Sarmad Shayota say they will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from opening day Wednesday through Sunday, Sept. 29. to support Benton Harbor Area Schools.

At this new location, customers can place orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app.

The Benton Harbor location's hours will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

"Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised more than $135 million for local charities," the company said. "In 2024, the company’s 14th Annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving in March raised $25 million for more than 200 local charities."

Jersey Mike’s Subs currently has over 4,000 locations open and in development and has been operating since 1956.
