New e-book and movie app offered by The Elkhart Public Library

A new app is making it easier for people in Elkhart to catch up on their reading.
The Elkhart Public Library is now a member of the Hoopla app that has been compared to Netflix.
It gives people across Indiana access to half a million movies and e-books.
Those books can be streamed to any smart device.
The only requirement to get started is a library card.
