N. Church Street lane restrictions start Sep. 9 in Mishawaka for building demolition

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Mishawaka city officials announced daytime lane restrictions will be in place on N. Church Street for the demolition of a building at 202 Lincolnway East, starting on Monday, Sept. 9.

The demolition is in preparation for the new Beacon Health Outpatient Center.

Northbound traffic will be restricted to one thru lane from Lincolnway East to First Street between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Weather permitting, officials expect the daytime restriction to be in place until Monday, Sept. 30.

Barricades and signage will be in place during the restriction.

Motorists are asked to use caution and use alternate routes to ensure the safety of the crews working in the area.
