Temperatures did not get above freezing today in South Bend, but a little late sunshine did help melt some of the ice still out there. There still could be some patchy black ice tonight as temperature is fall into the mid-teens across Michiana. Monday will feature more sunshine with highs near freezing. A few flurries are possible Tuesday as clouds build in and highs struggle to reach 30°. All eyes are on the Middle of this week for a potential winter storm. Several inches of accumulating snow are likely from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. Plan for impacts to your Wednesday evening commute, and Thursday morning commute. We will fine tune forecast snow accumulations over the coming days. Another snow system looks likely by the weekend.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and cold. Low 15.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny. High 32.
Tuesday: Flurries possible. Otherwise, cloudy. High 30.
Wednesday: Snow develops during the afternoon and continues through Wednesday night. High 28.
