Section of road in Mishawaka closing Tuesday for modular home placement

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- City officials are warning drivers of a traffic disruption planned for Tuesday due to the placement of a modular home on N. Main Street in Mishawaka. 

The closure will be on N. Main St., between McKinley and Omer Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

"Both northbound and southbound traffic will be reduced to one thru lane in each direction ... Motorists are asked to use alternate routes to avoid travel delays during this process," city officials said. "Wednesday, June 19th will be utilized as a back-up date if the weather is not favorable for the move."
