20-year-old Plymouth man arrested on multiple charges after trespassing
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department reports on Tuesday, June 25, around 3 p.m., deputies responded to the LaPaz Commons on Troyer Street regarding a residential entry.
Upon arrival, authorities found 20-year-old Fernando Ramirez, of Plymouth, inside the residence.
Authorities' investigation shows Ramirez reportedly drove to the residence, forcibly entered through a window, and forcibly entered a locked bedroom where a confrontation occurred with the tenant.
The report states Ramirez caused damage to the window and bedroom door.
It was also found Ramirez had an active warrant through Marshall County.
The report goes on to state Ramirez was found to be in possession of a stolen firearm, was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, and was in possession of alcohol.
Ramirez was then taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Ramirez was booked on residential entry, possession of stolen property, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, and his active warrant.
His bond was set at $1505.
