Nicholas Stanley sentenced to 80 years in prison for murder

Elkhart County Jail ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Nicholas Stanley has been sentenced for the murder of convicted sex offender Allen Cogswell.
Stanley received an 80-year prison sentence the morning of October 22.
Stanley's legal team says it will appeal the decision.
