MIDDLEBURY, Ind. - Middlebury Community Schools is mourning the loss of longtime teacher and legendary coach, Mike Logan.
Logan coached football and baseball at Northridge High School for 25 years and passed away Thursday night at the age of 60.
Logan went to Elkhart Central High School and played football at Butler University before coming back home to coach and teach.
He remains the winningest baseball coach in Northridge history with 174 victories over 10 years.
Northridge Athletics posted a tribute on X(Twitter) saying:
"Today the Raider family mourns the loss of Mike Logan. Coach Logan had an everlasting, positive impact on countless students and athletes during his time at NHS. His fiery passion and commitment to excellence will forever be remembered at Northridge."
