DOWAGIAC, Mich. – 50-year-old Sherrill Langford learned that she would serve two years of probation after leaving her three dogs in her car while she went to the Four Winds Casino in Dowagiac last April.
Two of the dogs died.
The one dog that did survive was extremely dehydrated.
Sentencing took place on Friday in Cass County Circuit Court.
Langford pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges back in May,
