Michigan Department of Health partnering with libraries to offer free at-home testing kits

The Michigan Department of Health & Human Services is partnering with libraries across the state to offer free, at-home COVID-19 testing kits for Michigan residents.

So far, testing kits have been delivered to 18 libraries in the counties of Calhoun, Clare, Newaygo, Oceana, and Saginaw as well as the City of Detroit.

Kits will be shipped to these sites and more in the coming weeks.

Information about where to find the kits will be posted here.

Test kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis during library business hours.

Residents are asked to take one kit person, up to five kits per household.
