MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- The City of Michigan City has provided an update in winter weather operations as cold temperatures and regional supply challenges continue to affect Northern Indiana.

The city is experiencing the impacts of a broader winter salt shortage.

They did receive a replenishment of road salt last week with another delivery expected this week.
